Website access and assistance
Accessibility
Neurovascular Centers is committed to improving access to our website and helping people with disabilities find information and request care.
Need help using this website?
If you have difficulty reading information, using a menu, watching a video, or sending an appointment request, please contact our office. You may also contact us to request information in an accessible format or discuss assistance with scheduling.
- Phone: 833-787-6539
- Email: info@neurovascularcenters.com
Tell us which page or feature caused difficulty, what you were trying to do, and how you would prefer us to contact you. Your browser, device, or assistive technology may help us understand the issue, but you do not need to provide technical details to request help.
Please do not include diagnoses, medical records, dates of birth, insurance numbers, or other sensitive medical details in an accessibility email or the public appointment form.
Our approach to accessibility
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA as a target for improving our website. These guidelines address access for people with visual, hearing, motor, and other disabilities, including people who use assistive technology.
Our current improvements include labeled form fields, clearer instructions and error messages, keyboard navigation, visible focus indicators, text alternatives for images, and layouts intended to support smaller screens and enlarged text.
Accessibility evaluation is ongoing. We have not completed a comprehensive manual accessibility evaluation of every page and third-party feature, and we do not claim full WCAG conformance at this time. Feedback helps us identify and prioritize barriers.
Using the website
- Use the “Skip to main content” link at the beginning of each page to move past the navigation.
- Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between links and controls. The navigation menu can be closed with Escape.
- Use your browser’s text-size or zoom controls to enlarge the page.
- Appointment fields marked “required” must be completed. Instructions appear beside a field if an entry needs attention.
Videos, maps, and verification
Our website includes videos hosted on YouTube, Google Maps, and a verification step for appointment requests. Accessibility features can vary within these services.
Video captions are available through the player when supplied by the video provider. Caption availability and accuracy across our video collection have not yet been fully reviewed. Please contact us if you need help accessing information from a video.
If a map is difficult to use, our Pasadena, Long Beach, and Orange office pages provide addresses in text. If the appointment verification step prevents you from sending a request, please call or email the office for scheduling assistance.
Feedback and updates
We welcome reports of accessibility problems and requests for assistance through the contact options above. This statement will be updated as our website and accessibility work change.
